The research activity of the department is based on the teaching staff, with the assistance of students, masters and doctoral students, which leads to the integration of the educational process with the scientific activities and increases the efficiency of the educational and scientific development of the student population.

Work of the department in the research plan is expressed in published educational tools, articles, and participation in the annual scientific and methodological conferences, organizing students to a scientific conference, in guiding projects and dissertations of students, in work on state educational standards, in the course-training, as well as the writing and preparation to defend master's and doctoral theses.
