Management and Marketing Department of High School of Economics and Business of al-Farabi Kazakh National University holds the international scientific conference "Perspectives of development of human resources in the context of globalization" in December, 7-8th of 2012.
The aim of the conference is to discuss the theoretical and practical issues of human resource development in the globalization changes.

Requirements for formatting the article:
Conference proceedings are going to be published after its presentation and examination. The articles should be submitted to the Organizing Committee in electronic version at hr_conference@mail.ru in compliance with the following requirements:
1) no more than 6 pages of the text in A4 format should be typed in Word 2003/XP;
2) page settings: top - 2 cm, bottom - 2 cm, right - 2 cm and left - 3 cm;
3) font: Times New Roman, Times New Roman KZ, size - 14, interval - single;
4) the title: capital letters, bold, 14 pt font, at the center, in one line on a new line in lowercase, bold ,14 pt font authors’ name, on the next line in lowercase, italics, 12 pt font Place of the employment (with no abbreviations), city, country , e-mail;
5) formulas should be made in the MS Equation redactor, size: normal - 12 pt, large index - 10 pt, small index - 7 pt, a large symbol - 22 pt, small symbol - 12 pt.
6) Summary in Kazakh, Russian and English: italic, 11 pt font
7) captions: lowercase, 12 pt font, centered;
8) automatic hyphenation of words;

November 20th, 2012 – the last day of accepting applications for participation in the conference.
November 25th, 2012 - the last day for submission of articles.
December 7-8th, 2012 - plenary sessions and work in sections.

"NETWORKING UNIVERSITY CIS
TRENDS IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF KAZAKHSTAN "

Devoted to discussion of the current status and development trends of the "CIS Network University"
The "CIS Network University" was initiated PFUR in 2008. The project is supported Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS. The consortium Network University includes 22 leading universities from nine countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine.
December 10, 2010 in the Kremlin as part of Russia in the Commonwealth of Independent States summit of the CIS member states. In his speech at the meeting, and after the press conference following the meeting, Dmitry Medvedev noted the high relevance of the Network University of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which allows you to talk to students to get global education-specific education in the various countries of the CIS.
In the 2011-2012 academic year, leading Russian universities were 163 students from eight Commonwealth countries to study in the framework of the CIS Network University, including more than 40 graduate students of Al-Farabi.
November 9, 2012 Graduate School of Economics and Business, Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi, organize and conduct an international conference dedicated to the discussion of the current status and development trends of the "CIS Network University".
The conference is expected to address scientific universities of Almaty, Kazakhstan's young scientists, visitors from the CIS.
