If you open social media today, you will be amazed by the various lotteries, contests. Among them are famous artists, bloggers and akyns, as well as participants in TV talk shows, lotteries, give-games, free gifts. And ordinary people, hoping for a small amount of money to win a big prize, are ready to fulfill all the requirements of the organizers of the drawing. But is such a squishy tail, whose prize is only one in a thousand, regulated by law? Is it legal to host lotteries on social media? In this regard, 2 groups of supporters of complaints were formed and an online round table was held in the form of a discussion. Of course, we are glad that our generation is growing in the right direction.

Flash mob on the topic: "Тәуелсіздік тұғырым"

On December 16, 2020, the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law, on the ZOOM online platform, held the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, marking this event with a festive flash mob on the topic: "Тәуелсіздік тұғырым". Organizers S.R. Ermukhametova and Urisbaeva A.A., prepared interesting speeches for the participants with presentations and video sketches of historical events. The event was attended by teachers and students of the curatorial groups of the department.

On March 4, 2020,  group 201 together with the advisor went to the picturesque places of our city. They removed the garbage in some accessible areas, which contributed to the prosperity of our environment!

"Студенты, права, общество"

At the meeting on 02.21.2020, students were explained their rights and obligations. Moreover, students learned about the rules and standards of conduct at the university, during the meeting, students will learn: to respect the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, tolerance; goodwill; comprehend, evaluate and be responsible for their actions, manage their actions.        

The meeting was held in the format of conversations on legal topics, round-table meetings with law enforcement officials, trainings, watching and discussing films, discussion of media materials.

Round table on the topic: "Problems of ensuring labor safety."

On February 13, 2020, the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law organized a round table on the topic: “Problems of ensuring labor safety”. The purpose of the round table is legal education and prevention of antisocial behavior. At this round table, students presented reports and presentations on this topic. For relevant and interesting reports, students were awarded with diplomas and letters of thanks.

"I am a citizen of Kazakhstan"

The organizers prepared reports on the history and culture of the peoples of Kazakhstan, the great past of their native land; Familiarize themselves with: the long-term priority goals of the Kazakhstan 2050 development program; they will consolidate knowledge about the history of Kazakhstan, its symbolism, great people, and historical places.

Students gained knowledge about the traditions and customs of the Kazakh people, based on spiritual and moral values; realized a sense of civic duty and patriotism through an active life position.      

The meeting was held in the form of a conversation with historians, excursions to the museum, participation in holidays, decades dedicated to the world of folk traditions, state holidays.
