	Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, Doctor of Law, Professor Shakirov Karimjan Nurumuly won the grant "The "Best University Teacher" in 2013.
	Doctor of History, Professor G.A Movkebaeva won the grant "The "Best University Teacher" in 2013.
	Professor F.T. Kukeyeva was awarded a grant by Ministry of Education and Science “The best teacher of the year”, state scholarships of MES “For outstanding contribution to the development of science and technology” (2006-2008), awarded the badge of MES of the RK “For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
	Professor K.N. Makasheva was awarded a grant “The best teacher of KazNU” (2008), “The best Lecturer” (2009), as well as the grant of MES of RK “The best teacher of the university” (2010).
	Professor K.E. Baizakova is the holder of the grant “The best teacher of the year” in 2005 and “The best teacher of the year” in 2010, state scholarships “For outstanding contribution to the development of science and technology” (2008-2010 ), the winner of the title “The best teacher of KazNU” in 2010.
	Professor M.Sh. Gubaidullina is the holder of the Diploma of the Ministry of Defence of Germany “For outstanding contribution to science” (2008), state scholarships of “For outstanding contribution to the development of science and technology” (2010-2012), twice “The best teacher of the university” (2007, 2011).

By the decree of the President of Kazakhstan Makisheva M.K. was presented the Scroll of Honour 

Scientific activity of teachers in the department is marked by different honors, awards etc.

Professor R.E. Yelemesov is an honorable worker of Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of IHEAS, Honorable Worker of the RK, given the award of RK “For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. He was awarded the medal “Khurmet”.

Professor K.N. Shakirov is a corresponding member of the European Academy of Law, awarded the medal “10 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, diplomas and certificates of the Rector of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Rector of the Academy of Jurisprudence - Higher School of Law “Adilet”.

Professor A.S. Baitukayeva was elected and awarded an honorary academic title of Corresponding Member of Russian International Academy of Sciences. She was awarded the badge at the 75th anniversary of the al-Farabi KazNU and a diploma of merit in the development of education, science, and social activities, also she was awarded the Gratitude of Rector of KazNU G.M. Mutanov for her contribution to educational work, and active participation in the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Associate professor Boribaeva S.B. was awarded the badge at the 75th anniversary of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Honorary diploma of KazNU Rector G.M. Mutanov for her contribution to educational work.
