The goal of a software development is the automation of the main business processes of university management, development of informational websites of the university and its divisions, provision of integration of informational systems used in the university.
Software products on automation of different processes are developed by the specialists of the office with the use of modern informational technologies. They are successfully used in KazNU, the work on improvement of existing technologies is conducted.

Development and implementation of typical systems of information processing in study process of the university;
Methodical management and coordination of the process of implementation of field and university standards, normative-advisory information and classificatory for data processing, implementation of ISO standards;
Development, usage and management of university database;
Development and improvement of informational technologies used in both the study process and in university management;
Taking part in organization of courses and seminars for faculty members, undergraduate and postgraduate students in the sphere of studying new technical and programming tools of numerical engineering;
Monitoring of development, modification and guidance of the official university website in State, Kazakh and English languages;
