Faculty of biology and biotechnology is the leading center of master's degree and PhD preparation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. University among the institutions of Central Asia joined Great Charter of universities one of the first and fully passed to the modern three-stage system of training of personnels of "Bachelor-Master-PhD".
The educational programs of city council of faculty will be realized on two directions of preparation - scientifically-pedagogical and profile providing the deep specialized professional preparation allowing to the graduating students afterwards successfully to carry on scientific, pedagogical, administrative and expert activity.
Realization of the educational programs of city council comes true by a faculty in a close collaboration with leading foreign organizations of education and science. For masters the invited foreign professors give lectures annually, due to vast international connections of university masters have the opportunity to drive out for educating and internships in foreign institutions of higher learning and research centers.
