U.A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students is a concert hall that comes into al-Farabi KazNU university complex. U.A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students takes the second place after the Republic Palace among the objects of entertaining orientation. U.A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students of Al-Farabi KazNU was opened in January, 1998.

The main aim of the PS is to meet thediverse cultural needs, the developmentof amateur art of the students and youth. Free time students spend in the amateurclubs in the U.A. Zholdasbekov - one ofthe most beautiful concert halls inKazakhstan.KazNU Palace of Students isan original complex on 1,537 sites with14,240 square meters area.

Solemn, festive and cultural events, concerts, aitys, KVN are held at the stage of Palace. Dance ensemble «Bakhyt ", student drama theatre «BYZ ", folk instruments orchestra "Farabi sazy” operateat the Palace of Students and they give the opportunity to reveal and express young talents on thestage.

These student groups, that are very popular, have been repeatedly noted at nationalcompetitions and festivals.Student amateur clubs, such as dance, theater, vocal, orchestra also function in U.A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students.

Student Club and the administration of the Palace of Students work daily from 9:00 to 18:00 (except Sundays).

Currently the creative team brings to life a new concept of the U.A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students of becoming the center of cultural life of the southern capitals students.
