Students of Physical faculty take active part in university actions. Every year many actions hold on the physical deprtment due to fosterage of students.
19th of April 2010 - Республиканский студенческий конкурс «Поклонимся великим тем годам»
7th of April 2010 – meeting of student of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with dramatist Israel Saparbayev. Literary and musical meeting “Ақ қайыңды көремін қыз баладай…”
Students of physical faculty declaimed poems of the poet, demanded interesting questions. The meeting continued for 4 hours.
27th of March 2010 - chess tournament between students, post-graduate students and teaching staff for prize of dean of physical faculty, professor Askarova A.S.

20th of March 2010 – beneficent action (trip to Children's Home, Kaskelen)
18th of March 2010 – students responded to the tragedy in Almaty region. Many students wished to be volunteers and help victims of tragedy in Kizil-Agash which taken scores of lives of people, damaged houses, people were leaved without of clothes and food.
15th of March 2010 - chess tournament between teems of faculties of KazNU. Teem of physical faculty wined the 4th place.
13th of March 2010 - championship for judo between men and ladies until 23 years old.
Student of the 1st course of the physical faculty wined the 2nd place.
11th of March 2010 - “Student Spring-2010”, 2nd part.

5th of March 2010 – celebration of 8th of March (International Woman Day) in the faculty and in the dormitory No 14.

Student of the 2nd course of physical faculty Embayev Aset wined 3rd place on Opened Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan for karate-do shotakan.
