The Chief of Staff of the Rector carries out legal, organizational, documentary and information analytical maintenance of the University’s activity and its management and staff management; it supports the quality management system of all processes taking place in KazNU, also it is involved in the content filling and update of the University’s website.
The primary objectives of Chief of Staff of the Rectors activity are:
maintenance of legitimacy control after the University’s activity;
protection by legal means of property and other legitimate rights and interests of the University and its employees;
promulgation and explanation of current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of legal training;
participation in the preparation of legal act drafts, decrees, solutions and other documents;
generalization and analysis of materials defining the basic directions of the University’s activity;
staffing of the University;
organization and control after the internal and external movement of human resources;
creation of conditions for professional and career growth of the staff;
control after the compliance of labor and performing discipline;
organization and conduction of office-work;
realization of transition to electronic document circulation;
maintenance of storage and issue of archive data on paper and on electronic devices;
maintenance of protocol;, organizational and documentary scope of activity of the management.
