Acdemician of the six world academies, Dr.Yahya Aliyev noted: “The decision was accepted in December 2015 on the World Congress of Turkic People’ session which united forty seven nations” and handed golf medal to academician Galym Mutanov for "For exceptional service to the Turkic world."

During the speech, honorobale guest said: «I’ve been in many universities with a high status but KazNU impress by scale of the changes and promotion’s dynamic in the world rates for the short terms. The leading positions of Kazakhstan’s university is the testimony of the governmental attention to developing of human capital,which is well-known as the investments of future. High level of education is a good example of world leader’s, such as President Nazarbayev N.A., solicitude about young generation; and his big attention to science and education», - noted Dr.Yahya Aliyev. It should be noted that the leadership of the KazNU in the Turkic countries confirmed by the international rating QS World University Rankings, where KazNU is on 275^th place and is the 1^st among Turkic countries respectively. The award symbolically coincided with the birthday of the Kazakh National University after Al-Farabi which is on January 15. Now it is 82 years old. An international recognition was welcome news for a huge universities’ staff and an incentive to achieve further heights in the field of science and education.
