This is – the first Residential Complex in Kazakhstan, which is designed for an accommodation of PhD students and Master's degree students. For the construction of these socially-important sites the investments on the basis of public-private partnership were attracted.

«Our complex may become an example – such camp accommodation facilities do not exist in Kazakhstani universities. University management pays great attention to solutions of housing problems of young scientists, and that has a positive impact on the quality of training of specialists», - the First vice-rector of KazNU Mukhambetkali Burkitbayev pointed out.

Housemates do not also camouflage their gladness. So, now they won't feel concern about searching commercial housing and will be able to spend money with more benefit for themselves. Such a measure is a considerable support for young people, especially under tough economic times. The house itself, in which they have settled, meets all modern standards. KazNU PhD students and Master's degree students celebrate a housewarming party today in comfy rooms. There are all necessary things for a living – toilet rooms, shower rooms, new comfortable furniture. There are furnished kitchen and laundry rooms on each floor. Health center, gym and dancing hall are provided, modern telecommunication network and high-speed Wi-Fi are conducted. Another point to be made is that it is situated on a comfortable place of university campus, there are also the playground and parking.

«We are grateful to our government, to our president for such an attention, which is paid to young people development, especially students. For us Young Scientists House is - our second house, in which there are all necessary conditions and comfortable atmosphere for a living contributing to a fruitful work. We can generate our new ideas here, which can be implemented in a new

500 places which equals to 4,5 thousand square meters are provided in Young Scientists House. Also there are rooms for invited professors from foreign universities, who frequently visit the conference halls with their students to discuss the projects. Thereby creating a scientific intellectual environment, which contributes to development of creativity and scientific capability of young people.

By the way, current object is not the only example of university's active attraction of finances on the basis of public-private partnership. Last year the building of a new library, "Keremet" students service center was finished, at the beginning of the next year the swimming pool will be put in commission.
