Well-known expert of the «Total» global energy company (France), Professor Hervé Oberreiner delivered a lecture to KazNU students.

The topic of the lecture entitled «Leadership and International Career Management» has attracted a large number of students, who want to get not only theory, but also practical knowledge from a famous scientist and expert.

During the meeting with students, undergraduates and doctoral students, Professor Hervé Oberreiner raised the issues of leadership development, talent management and career growth, and gave good examples from his professional experience and the work of «Total». He also spoke about the features of career management and personal development planning. Students were offered practical exercises and tests to consolidate their knowledge.

The University pays great attention to the development of global citizenship and international cooperation in science and education sphere between Kazakhstan and France. The lecture was organized with assistance of «Total» in partnership with Ban Ki-moon Institute for Sustainable Development at KazNU and it is a continuation of the long-term and fruitful cooperation with the University.
