Students of KazNU - participants of the XXIII Winter Olympic Games 2018

Students of the Faculty of International Relations of KazNU. al-Farabi, the master of sports of the international class in speed skating Fedor Mezentsev and Roman Krech won four Olympic licenses and guaranteed themselves the right to participate in the main start of the quadrennium.

The fate of the vouchers for the Olympic Games Phenchang-2018 was decided at the World Cup stages in Canada and America, which concluded a series of licensing tournaments.

At the final start of the year our students-athletes successfully performed, having shown excellent results:

Kazakhstan's best sprinter Roman Cretch twice at a distance of 500 meters showed the same result - 34.75 seconds and won the license.

Fedor Mezentsev took part in three distances: 500, 1000 and 1500 meters. And on everyone set personal records. After the performance at the World Cups, Fyodor won three Olympic licenses.
