Architectural Complex «Mangilik El» in KazGUGrad dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 1000th anniversary of Almaty city. His key compositional units are the entrance from Timiryazevstreet – Arch «Mangilik El», al-Farabi monument, monumental composition «Temir Kazyk» and area «Mangilik el»with a fountain «Tai kazan» Development of design and estimate documentation and construction of the complex are provided by voluntary contributions from alumni and friends of KazNU.
