KazNU hosts the annual “Health” sports competition

According to this annual tradition, from January 8 to 18, 2024, various competitions are held in the university’s gyms among teachers and other employees of KazNU as part of the sports competition.This year, teachers of the Far East Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies actively participated in the competitions of the Spartakiad, including B.M. Kydyrbaev, U. Kabdelova, A.E. Saylaukenova, B.B. Begalieva.

At the Department of the Far East, “SDGs: ending poverty in all its forms” was held

In the framework of striving for active participation in social life and formation of civic responsibility among students, a social and educational event was held at the Far East Department, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Kazakh National University Al-Farabi. The theme of the event - "SDG 1: Eradicate poverty in all its forms" was chosen not by chance, reflecting the relevance of social issues in modern society.
