1) Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of High Education of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in the field of education and science 

2) Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on cooperation in the field of education on September 15, 2009.
