Center of Juicial examination
CENTER OF JUDICIAL EXAMINATION
The purpose of the Center is to implement the accumulated scientific, educational and research potential of scientists, teaching staff and students at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology of the Faculty of Law, through the conclusion of economic contracts with legal entities and individuals. Organization and coordination of research work of the teaching staff in cooperation with business structures, industrial and other enterprises. Testing the results and ensuring the gradual transition of the country to a knowledge-based economy.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
- production of forensic examinations on the orders of judicial and investigative bodies;
- working out the main directions on carrying out scientific researches for the purpose of improvement of methods of production of various types of forensic examinations on the basis of the latest achievements of science and technology;
- rendering methodological and methodical help to law enforcement agencies of in application of special knowledge and technical means, coordination of this work;
- development of forms and methods of training the personnel in the field of forensic examination;
- organization of training and advanced training of judicial experts;
- formation of the main directions of development of the theory and practice of forensic examination.
