In KazNU after Al-farabi opened the Center of information security in partnership with the world famous company “Kaspersky Lab” (RF). The university has signed a Memorandum of cooperation in the field of education and cyber security lab.
A new academic information center at the KazNU will be a source of knowledge about cyber threats and trends in the field of information security, and complex system of protection of resources against cyber-attacks in the global Internet space. Training center of University can take students from other universities, employees of state organizations and enterprises. Cooperation of academic environment and community with the IT industry is an integral part of the learning process and the development of research activities of the University.
"Kaspersky Lab" is aimed at improving the quality of knowledge about cyber security and threats. The company's products are certified and recommended in the international market.
