Main scientific activities: studying of kazakh language as second foreign language; joint drawing up textbooks, dictionaries and similar manuals on studying to kazakh or to translate and adapt ready textbooks KazNU with the subsequent edition in China.
International cooperation: Mutually advantageous cooperation, including, but without being limited to the following directions: kazakh and literature, philology. Exchange of employees and teachers of the universities. The organization of advanced training courses for the faculty. Exchange of teachers for carrying out in common organized courses. Exchange of students of a bachelor degree, magistracy, Phd studies for the purpose of ensuring passing of research practice and training. Development and implementation of the joint educational programs including providing issue of double diplomas and also curriculas.
