EP purpose

Preparation of undergraduates for conducting scientific research, developing theories and methods for studying the regulation of land and property relations, state control over the use of land and real estate using knowledge of modern technologies for decoding video information, aerial and satellite images, remote sensing of the territory, studying scientific and technical information, domestic and foreign experience in the use of land and other real estate; to the practical application of the acquired knowledge and results in various land cadastral works related to the management of land resources and real estate, rational use of land resources, preservation and improvement of soil fertility and increase of agricultural yields, environmental sustainability of the environment.

Educational outcome

1. Regulate land and property relations and disputes;
2. Demonstrate knowledge of modern technologies for decoding video information, aerial and space images, remote sensing of the territory;
3. Be proficient in one of the foreign languages at a level that ensures effective professional activity;
4. Use the basic theories of motivation, leadership and power to solve management problems in the cadastre;
5. Use knowledge of the principles, methods of cadastral and economic valuation when assessing land and real estate;
6. Initiate the implementation of research results and new developments in the field of land and property relations;
7. Manage existing software and technological systems in the process of maintaining a land cadastre;
8. Be able to build models to describe and predict the use of land and other real estate.
