Opening of a multimedia class of Department of Korean Studies Faculty of Oriental Studies al-Farabi Kazakh National University
On September, 16th, 2009 at ten o'clock at Faculty of Oriental Studies al-Farabi Kazakh National University with support of the Korean agency on the international cooperation in the name of Constant representative КОICА of Mr. No Hyon Dzhun there has passed presentation of a multimedia class of Department of Korean Studies.
The Korean agency on the international cooperation is the constant partner in development Korean Studies in Kazakhstan from the beginning of opening of Department of Korean Studies at university. For all period of cooperation КОICА constantly gave volunteers of the organization for teaching of the Korean language and specialized disciplines. Besides, thanks to activity КОICА the Department of Korean Studies Faculty of Oriental Studies regularly received training means, and also manuals and reference books in the help.
In 2009 the Department of Korean Studies has got the next support from organization KOICA in the form of a multimedia class.
The project has been prepared by volunteer КОICА following the results of work 2007-2009 Ha Reng He who this year finishes the stay in al-Farabi Kazakh National University. All grant - 17 thousand American dollars. She has prepared a presentation material about a course of preparation of the project, the film with words of gratitude of the faculty of Department of Korean Studies and student's structure has been shown.
At opening ceremony there was director КОICА of Mr. No Hyon dzhun, the coordinator of volunteers of Dzhang Hyon Gju. On behalf of al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the name of the rector of Mr. Zhumagulov Bahytzhan the pro-rector on methodical association, the doctor of pedagogical sciences, Ahmetova Gulnaz Kenzhetaevna's professor has handed over the letter of thanks to director КОICА to Mr. No Hyon-dzhun.
The dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies, the doctor of historical sciences, professor Aldabek Nurzhamal Abdrazakovna, Head of Department of Korean Studies the candidate of historical sciences Yem Natalya Borisovna have expressed the gratitude for the considerable contribution brought КОICА in business of positioning of the status Korean Studies in Kazakhstan.
The student 4 courses the Han Julia, the owner of the grant on M.A in University Songjungvan has prepared the letter-gratitude for representatives КОICА, and students of the first years have shown to participants of presentation dance with fans. In the conclusion Department of Korean Studies has prepared coffee-break with entertainments Kazakh and a Korean cuisine. All became participants of rough discussion of plans for work everyday life in a new modern class.
