As part of the implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum of Cooperation concluded between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, in accordance with paragraph 16 of the Roadmap for the Modernization of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021, February 20, 2020 3-year-old students of the Law Faculty of KazNU named after al-Farabi in the specialties: "Law Enforcement" and "Jurisprudence", visited the institution LA - 155/8, to get acquainted with the activities of the Department of Criminal additional system of Almaty region

On January 29, 2020, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law held a Round Table on the theme “The First Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 27 years”.

The goal is to clarify the historical role of the first Constitution of independent Kazakhstan. The round table was held in the House of Students No. 18.

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, together with the Republic of Kazakhstan Anti-Corruption Agency and the Republican Project Office “Sanaly urpaq” held an on-line competition on the subject “Legal framework for the fight against corruption” among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries since November 26 until December 6, 2019.

The Olympiad was held by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of KazNU in three stages.

The first stage is on-line registration of participants in the Olympics from November 26 to December 2, 2019

The second stage - the Olympics itself, is held in two rounds

October 5, 2019, 3rd year students of the Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology, KazNU al-Farabi visited the cynological center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The future lawyers were addressed by the head of the Center for Dog Training Service of the DP of Almaty, Police Colonel Anel Bolgumbayeva. The tour began with a story about the history of the emergence of the service and the work of modern dog handlers. After that, the guys were invited to inspect the training ground, training complex, a yard for walks and a veterinary clinic.
