“Camels of the Silk Road” IV International Conference

Al-Farabi KazNU held the IV international conference of ISOCARD "Camels of the Silk Road: studies of camelids for sustainable development".

KazNU held the IV international conference of ISOCARD "Camels of the Silk Road: study Cameleon for sustainable development". The event was co-organized by public Fund "ISOCARD-Kazakhstan". The conference was attended by representatives of FAO (food and agriculture organization of the UN), OIE (world organization for animal health), publishing house "Springer" (Germany), the company "Etad" (Saudi Arabia), "Tofflon" (China), "Camelicious" (UAE), "Katko" (Kazakhstan-France), foreign and domestic scientists, teachers and students of the University.

The conference covers a broad range of scientific issues from humanitarian to individual customer: cameley between tradition and modernity: challenges for sustainable development; camelid and their environment: the impact of climate change; production and products Cameleon for human well-being: current state; camelids and health: new diseases and persistent problems that need solutions; biology camelids: new questions, best answers; Economics camelids: from the local to the international market; camelids in history and archaeology, cultural heritage of humanity. Their reports on the seven sections prepared more than 300 participants from 35 countries, representatives of research, scientific, industrial and commercial organizations.
