On 15 December, 2016 a round table was held at the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies of al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the honor of the historical event devoted to "25 Years of Independence of the Land of the Great Steppe." The event was organized by the teachers of Department M.A. Zhanabekova, D.A. Karagoishiyeva, G.S. Suleymenova and M. Ongarbayeva.
