The Republican Subject Olympiad in Foreign Languages was held on February 22-23, 2019 in Almaty on the basis of Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages. The purpose of the event is a competitive assessment of the indicators of mastery of language and professional competence. The subject Olympiad consisted of two rounds: the written and the oral part. A 3rd year student of the Department of General Linguistics and European Languages Sultonova Dinora fulfilled the test tasks of the C1 level successfully, passed the first round and defended a research project in French during the 2nd round on the theme: “Modern concepts of foreign science and literary studies in the linguistic and culturological aspect. Sultonova Dinora was awarded with the diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Scientific Supervisor Kamzina Aiman Aripovna was awarded with a diploma too.
