Public Association " Trade Union of Students “Sunkar” is established when carrying out reporting and selective trade union conferences which passed on April 14, 1999. Then changes and additions in the Charter of trade union of students KazNU were made and approved, according to new laws of RK on May 28, 1999 "Sunkar" received the certificate on the state registration of the legal entity. The trade union of students works according to the principles of voluntariness and equality of his members, democracies, publicity, self-financing, self-government, according to RK Constitution. Aim: representation and the organized protection in the order of the social and economic rights established by the law of RK and interests of the members, improvement of conditions of protection of their work and health. |
Student's Union «Sunkar»
Public association "Trade union of students "Sunkar" is a voluntary, self-reliant, independent, fixed and individual membership of a public non-governmental association established on the basis of free will and professional interests of the citizens for the realization of the rights and legitimate interests, acting on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Civil Code the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The trade union was created on April 14, 1999 on the initiative of Dauren Askarbekovich Abaev.
The main objectives of the Trade Union of Students:
Presentation and organized defense in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about the socio-economic rights and interests of its members, the improvement of conditions, protecting their health and safety, that is, to promote:
- timely payment stipulated by the law of scholarships and grants;
- creation of a healthy and safe learning environment work;
- creation of conditions for creative and productive work and learning;
- creating opportunities for health care, treatment and rest, to improve living conditions;
- provision of employment policy.
Student union membership.
Unionist students have the right to:
- on the creative and spiritual freedom;
- enjoy all kinds of creative, legal and social services available to the Students' Union;
- getting the established procedure permits in sanatorium and other therapeutic institutions Students' Union.
- to participate in all activities conducted by the Trade Union of Students.

ONAI TOOL - a unique tool for electronic payment. Starting from October 1 of 2015 year, the first service of the card on the project "Automation of payment and payment system" was launched in Almaty public transport. At present, UOSU "Sunkar" provides all the students of KazNU with a transport card. This will help students not only pay easy, but also get available prices.
