Al Farabi KazNU Department of Political Science and Political Technologies and Central Asia Policy Group Regional expert platform in collaboration with Friedrich Elbert Stiftung is holding a round table on "Rethinking of "academicism "in Central Asian studies at the present stage”. Political experts of Central Asia will take part in the “round table”.

Also at the round table will be a discussion on:

-  Rethinking "academicity" in scientific research;

-  The role and place of the university in academic research;

-  Formation of "scientific identity" in Central Asia;

-  Demand for "Central Asian studies" in Central Asia.
