Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU), the Research Center of Olzhas Suleymenov of  KazNU and Olzhas' Library Publishing house hold the conference devoted to O. O. Suleymenov's 80 th anniversary. Olzhas Suleymenov is known as the outstanding Kazakh poet , writer, scientist, and the owner of a rank of “Human of the 21st century". He is also the President of the International anti-nuclear movement "Nevada-Semey".
