Our great ancestors rulled over a great steppe, which outspread from Altai to White sea. They left us immortal martial epos and boundless moral treasure . They were the first, who created iron, boots, trousers, arrow and yourt, which became worldwide property and home for everyone.

Turkology is a cultural and martial value, pride an science, which wakes and inflames patriotic feelings, for more than 40 nations and 170 million people. Turkology is a scientific council, which unites all Turk nations. Turk youth become inspirated by this science and receive love and pride for their nation. Endless martial fount of honor and dignity of Turk generation is Turkology.

The aim of the club “Түркі әлемі”, created under department of “General linguistics and foreign philology”, is to investigate traditional culture and philosophic worldview of Turk nations, collect, agitate and examine literature, culture, language, religion, folk literature and works of social and art doers to a modern tone.

Students of 1^st and 2^nd courses of speciality of “Kazakh language and literature” and “ Kazakh philology” of “Philology, literature and world languages” faculty of Kazakh National University after Al-Farabi, which is considered to be one of the most active universities of our country, study such sublects as “ Intriduction to Turk philology”, “Introduction to Turk linguistics”. Thanks to these subjects students can investigate culture,literature, history and traditions of Turk nations and may understand all importance of value of their begetter language.

“Turk writing” festival is conducted thanks to support of collectivity of department of “General linguistics and foreign philology” and thanks to the doctor of philologic sciences, professor and lector of such subjects as “Introduction to Turk Philology”, “ Intriduction to Turk linguistics”, “Ancient Turk Language” , R.A.Avakova beginning from the 1993^rd year. And nowadays this festival became a tradition and finds its continuing thanks to the organization of cantidade of philologic sciences, assistant professor S.B.Bektemirova and PhD doctor A.M.Dosanova.

It is positively, that organization of such arrangements, which has great aducational and instructional meaning, is very important in waking of love to their nation and land in young generation.
