   Within the framework of the X Republican conference of scientific research work of schoolchildren "Yuong al-Farabi", organized by the profile school of the faculty of pre-university education of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, an open day was held at the faculty of pre-university education. schoolchildren from different regions of the country, who took part in the X Republican Conference, took part in open doors, got acquainted with the life of KazNU. al-Farabi, received a lot of information about the faculties.

  The main goal of the conference is to give impetus to the younger generation in the discovery and development of domestic scientific research and inventions, scientific discoveries, by evaluating the contribution and achievements of students in the field of science. In addition to the cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, more than 500 scientific projects of students from all regions of the country were sent to the republican conference, and about 300 participants defended their scientific projects in 9 sections. At the conference, those who scored the best scientific work received special places, and those who took an active part received awards in various sections. In addition, the profile school team organized special master classes for scientific supervisors of the students participating in the conference from different regions of the republic and held classes for the exchange of experience.

   Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the government to provide urgent assistance in overcoming the consequences of the devastating earthquake that occurred in the southeast of Turkey. In this regard, at the benevolent initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly, with the support of the Chairman of the Board of the Kazakh National University al-Farabi, rector Tuymebayev Zhanseit Kanseytuly, the university staff contributes to charitable activities for the benefit of the fraternal state Turkey.

  As an initiative of humanitarian assistance to the Turkish brotherly people affected by the earthquake, the employees of Al-Farabi KazNU donated a one-day salary and showed their love for the Turkish state. As part of this charity event, the faculty staff led by the dean of the faculty of pre-university education KazNU. Al-Farabi Suataya Sabit Kurmanzhanuly was one of the first to organize a charity event "Help to the Turkish State". The faculty team that organized the assistance collected the necessary equipment for the victims of the earthquake (blankets, soft rugs, winter equipment, etc.) and handed it over to the university.
