- Statement addressed to the Rector (fill out in the Admission Committee);
- Higher Professional Education Diploma and its supplement (original); Foreign Language Testing Certificate (if any);
- Photos – 6 pcs. size 3,5*4,5;
- Medical certificate in the form № 086-У;
- Copy of ID card;
- Notarized copy of employment record (for employed candidates);
- List of scientific publications, verified by the Scientific Secretary/Specialist from Dean Office, copies of copyright certificates, diplomas, certificates, if available (please do not enclose the original documents);
- Letter of guarantee for the contract and payment of education fee (for candidates entering on a fee basis);
